CAN I SKIP OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely! We know life can change, so know that you're in the driver's seat. You can skip a month, or pause anytime through your customer portal - no worries. Perhaps you pause your lifestings during the winter - or until you are ready for a getaway.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription after the 2nd order. Due to high demand, especially as bug repellent season kicks in, we need to make sure we have enough product for both our subscribers AND new customers. Remember that if you do cancel, you can not resubscribe at this incredible lock in price. Once we raise prices, starting Thursday, February 20th, the new subscription price will be in effect.
CAN I SWAP THE PRODUCTS IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
No worries! You can swap the products in your subscription before the next shipment. For example, you want to switch from lavender smartsoaks to eucalyptus for a while, or you need to upgrade from regular to extra strength on your next deodorant refill, or maybe you want to try lifestings lotion instead of spray to soothe your summer skin.
CAN I UPDATE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Sure! You can update your frequency. For example, you want to change from every 3 months to every 4 months, or once a month smartsoaks to bi-monthly.
CAN I ADD NEW ITEMS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS TO MY ORIGINAL ORDER?
You can add new items or new subscriptions anytime through your customer portal. However, REMEMBER that new products or subscriptions will be at the updated pricing.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
You'll be charged on the same date each month based on when you signed up. Your order will ship 1-2 business days afterwards, so you'll always have your Duggan Sisters' effective natural personal care products when you need them. We'll send you a reminder before each shipment, so there will be no surprises.

Duggan Sisters offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50. Below that threshold, we offer affordable $3.99 flat rate shipping on most orders. This does not cover the cost of shipping, but helps us to keep prices down.
The only exception to that is 1-2 smartsoaks, which cost less, but are heavy to ship. Flat rate for heavy orders is $5.99 for 1 soak or $7.99 for 2 soaks.
