We ship Monday through Friday from Chicago. Orders will ship by the next business date, at the latest. We ship with USPS and UPS.

Our standard FREE SHIPPING threshold is $99. Subscribe to our email for seasonal offers.
OFFER DETAILS: Offer valid for UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage (formerly 1st Class) or Priority mail service. USPS will be used for APO/FPO addresses. We also use the Post Office for PO Boxes.
We use UPS Ground or USPS First Class depending on the weight of your package. Both services provide online tracking and delivery confirmation. In general, USPS Priority mail provides 1-3 day service, depending on your distance from Chicago. However, this is estimated delivery time is not guaranteed by the USPS.
Please note that we ship Monday - Friday within 1 business day of receiving your order.

Packages under 4 pounds (1.8 kilo) are eligible for the very affordable First Class Parcel Post. All packages are eligible for International Priority Mail. In other words, small and frequent shipments may be more afforable than one large annual order.

International Returns or Packages Refused: If the package is returned to Duggan Sisters because of an address error made by the customer, or the customer refuses the package, or the items are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the additional costs charged to Duggan Sisters for the return of the package.

Q: When addressing mail to a Military Post Office (MPO) should I also use the city and country name?
A: No. Always use the APO or FPO address, without the name of the city and country. This is to make sure the item is handled in the military mail system instead of the international mail system.
